Mock Caldecott Results

In December, CCPL Kids held our Mock Caldecott election. The Caldecott Award is given out in January to the artist of the most distinguished American picture book for children. The award is given by the American Library Association, for more information visit www.ala.org/alsc/caldecott.html

The children's staff selected ten books we think have outstanding illustrations and should be considered for the award.Kids were asked to pick 3 picture books they thought were most deserving of the award.
